Bosch Revol, a CES 2025 Innovation Awards Honoree in the Artificial Intelligence category, is a multimodal AI agent for baby care created to provide parents with greater peace of mind and actionable insights.
Equipped with multi-modal sensors, a camera, microphone, radar and advanced generative AI technology, Revol has the ability to monitor health, analyze sleep and recognize crying. This next-generation smart crib is useful for monitoring a newborn’s vital signs and providing alerts to increase the child’s safety, for example in the event of a soft toy or blanket covering an airway. If a baby has trouble falling asleep, the AI-assisted crib can automatically activate a gentle rocking function.
Since security and privacy are top priorities for parents and caregivers, Bosch Revol allows users to decide whether the data stored in the crib is stored in encrypted form on Bosch servers or remains offline.
